BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT

A few good questions.

Something else on your mind?
Get in touch

Do I need an Apple Watch?

You can use Kanni on iPhone for journaling and coaching. A compatible paired Apple Watch adds structured workouts on your wrist and can supply heart rate, HRV, and sleep through Apple Health. Recovery insights depend on the data available.

What is free, and what requires a subscription?

The starter plans on this website are free to read in full. The iPhone app is free to download. AI coaching, AI-generated plans, and AI workout analysis require an active trial or Kanni Premium. See the pricing section for subscription details; available offers are shown in the app.

Is the website plan personalized?

The free finder recommends an existing starter plan using your race distance and experience. It does not regenerate the schedule. For a plan built around your availability, race date, and training context, use the coach in the app with an active trial or subscription.

What happens if I miss a workout?

Tell your coach what changed. It can propose a session update or a different schedule, which you review before applying. You do not have to pretend the missed run happened.

Which iPhones and languages are supported?

The current App Store release requires iOS 18.5 or later and lists English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Some on-device AI features need iOS 26, supported Apple Intelligence hardware, and Apple Intelligence enabled. Check the App Store for the latest compatibility.

How does Kanni use my health data?

You choose the Apple Health permissions you grant. Available workouts and health metrics support training and recovery features. Cloud coaching processes relevant context through Kanni’s services; not every AI feature runs on your device. Read the Privacy Policy for data-handling details.

Read the Privacy Policy →
Will my journal appear in a shared recap?

You choose what to include before exporting. Review the recap and its journal content in the editor before sharing it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. You can review renewal dates and cancel in Apple’s subscription settings. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price, billing period, and any trial terms before you subscribe.
